Spa at Constantia Uitsig

I couldn’t help myself, having seen the phenomenally beautiful Spa Facilities at Constantia Uitsig I booked a treatment and it was sheer bliss. The above photo is of the Chill Room where you can simply relax and rejuvenate pre or post treatment. The tranquil setting and sound of running water among the grand old trees is fantastic enough, and the strong hands of my Massage Therapist breathed life into my stressed and rather tired body. There is an incredible range of treatments and therapies available. Also note that the Spa is open to non-residents too. I couldn’t think of a better escape for soul enrichment …
